Who is it for? What do they love? Anything to avoid? Tell us the occasion, your budget and the date you need it by, using our simple gift brief.
One of our dedicated team will send you a proposal, with images of each item and a short note on why we chose it. Not quite right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll change it.
Happy with it? Approve the selection and make your payment. Then comes the part we love: add a handwritten message, or record a video or voice note that’s included in the gift with a QR code. We’ll wrap it all up and send it on its way.
Their gift arrives in our unique Tailor-Mailed packaging. A moment just for them: created by you, brought to life by Tailor-Mailed.
Delivery times: We’re a small but dedicated team, so please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery, counted from payment of your final order. We’re working hard to bring this down.
Deposit: A £25 deposit is taken when you first get in touch, and it comes off the final price of your order. There’s no obligation to go ahead with the final order. If you decide not to, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our team’s time spent researching your gift.
